1. Role of BharatBilty

BharatBilty is a digital software provider (SaaS) that offers document generation tools—including Lorry Receipts (Bilty), GST invoices, and quotations—specifically designed for the logistics, packers, and movers industry.

We are NOT a transport operator, freight forwarder, or moving agency. We do not provide transportation, packing, loading, unloading, or delivery services. We simply provide the digital infrastructure for independent transport agencies to generate their own business documentation.

2. Accuracy of Generated Documents

Any Lorry Receipt, invoice, or quotation generated through the BharatBilty software relies entirely on the data input by the respective transport agency or user.

• BharatBilty does not verify the authenticity, legality, or accuracy of the consignor, consignee, goods valuation, or freight charges mentioned in the documents.
• The user (the transport agency) holds sole responsibility for ensuring their generated documents comply with the Carriage by Road Act 2007, Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws, and any other applicable regional or national regulations.

3. Dispute Resolution and Liability

BharatBilty shall not be held liable or responsible for:

• Any loss, damage, theft, or delay of goods in transit.
• Disputes arising between the transport agency (our software user) and their end-customers (shippers/receivers) regarding service quality, pricing, or damages.
• Tax implications, penalties, or legal liabilities incurred by users due to incorrect or fraudulent document generation.

4. Software Uptime and Reliability

While we strive to keep our servers active, secure, and error-free, BharatBilty is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted or 100% free of technical glitches. We are not liable for any financial losses, data corruption, or business interruptions resulting from software downtime or technical issues.
