• Account & Company Details: Transport agency name, GSTIN, PAN, business address, company logo, phone number, and email.
• Consignment & Billing Data: Consignor (sender) and consignee (receiver) names, pickup/delivery addresses, contact numbers, inventory descriptions, declared goods value, freight charges, and vehicle registration numbers.
• Device & Usage Information: App version, operating system, IP address, and interaction logs to maintain security and deliver cloud synchronization.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Generating customized PDF Lorry Receipts (LR), GST Invoices, Quotations, and Packing Lists.
• Facilitating direct 1-click sharing of document links and PDFs via WhatsApp and email to your clients.
• Providing real-time consignment status tracking for your shippers and drivers.
• Ensuring compliance with Indian tax rules (GST invoicing) and the Carriage by Road Act 2007.
• Preventing fraudulent use, unauthorized logins, or system abuse.

3. Data Ownership & Non-Disclosure

You own 100% of your business and client data. BharatBilty does not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose your customer contact lists or billing history to any third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or competing moving agencies.

4. Data Storage & Security

All generated documents, billing records, and company profile assets are stored in high-security, ISO-compliant cloud servers with SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption during transit and at rest. Automated daily backups ensure your records are never lost.

5. WhatsApp & Third-Party Integrations

When you initiate WhatsApp document sharing, BharatBilty opens the official WhatsApp API / application on your device. We do not store your private WhatsApp chat history or personal contact lists.

6. Your Rights & Data Export

You have full access to download, export (as PDF/Excel), or request permanent deletion of your account and archived documents at any time by contacting our support team.
