Thank you for using BharatBilty. We value your trust and strive to provide the best digital bilty, GST invoice, and quotation generation software for the logistics and transportation industry.

1. Subscription Plans

BharatBilty offers a Free Starter Plan alongside premium subscription plans (Pro, Enterprise). We strongly recommend users to test our software using the free plan before upgrading to a paid subscription.

2. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital nature of our SaaS (Software as a Service) platform, all subscription sales are considered final and non-refundable once the subscription has been activated and access to premium features has been granted. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
• You will not be billed for any subsequent cycles after your cancellation request is processed.
• No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the active billing cycle.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Charges: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error on our end or the payment gateway.
• Service Unavailability: If the premium services are entirely non-functional and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue within 14 business days of your written report.

To claim a refund under these exceptions, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

5. Return of Physical Goods

BharatBilty is solely a digital software platform and does not sell or deliver any physical goods. Therefore, policies regarding the physical return of products are not applicable to our services.
